With over 7 years of experience in company and investment fund valuation, Fernando has valued over 150 companies to date and has worked with large investment banks in over 50 fund valuations as a second opinion. Valoriza has doubled in size in the last three years with Fernando as Partner and COO.

Gadiel specializes in business valuation, having led more than 60 valuations in his four years at Valoriza. Gadiel has an International Affairs and Economics degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

With over 25 years of renowned experience in the financial world, he served as the Director of Corporate Finance at KPMG Chile and held a Regional Director position for Latin America at Arthur Andersen. He is a Commercial Engineer from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
